• We cannot guarantee float time for customer-supplied balloons.

• Latex balloon float times vary depending on size, quality, and environmental conditions.

• Foil balloon float times vary by manufacturer and quality.

• Helium inflation fees are for the service provided and are non-refundable.

• A customer agreement & liability must be signed prior to service
