Unfortunately, we do not ship perishable items at this time. however, merchandise and non-perishable items are. 

Nuts are usually presented visibly on our baked goods or cupcakes or is listed with the product description/ ingredients or reflected as an icon on the label. 

Due to risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee items are nut free.

Order cancellation request on non-custom orders must be made within 24 hours of the order date and time. Upon a cancellation request we offer a 50% refund, or a 75% store credit.

We do not refund any portion for cancellations made after 24 hours of date and time order was placed.

We recommend placing your order at least 3-5 business days in advance for custom cakes and desserts, and 2 weeks in advance for large or event orders. Rush orders may be accommodated based on availability.
